Since its foundation in 1988 our firm has been very active in the consumer end of its corporate clients’ affairs, understanding that consumer satisfaction is the key to all commercial undertakings. With this view in mind we have been very active in consumer protection and especially the comparative advertising.
We have provided our clients compliance advice on clearing advertising campaigns of legal and regulatory issues and also advised our clients on the unfair competition side of comparative advertising. We have defended and prosecuted for false or inaccurate comparative advertisements.
We have prepared a full range of marketing-related agreements, developed strategies to overcome the disputes arising from such agreements and provided legal advice on marketing agreements on account of competition law.
We have provided our corporate clients transactional, advisory and litigation services on promotional campaigns.
We are also abreast of the intellectual property issues involved in comparative advertising and continue to invest in education of our members through attendance at local and international conferences that address ongoing developments in this sensitive area of Law.
