Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek is a major German multi-disciplinary full service practice of lawyers and tax advisors. Its services extend to the full range of legal work relevant to German and international businesses, including German and international tax law. For more than two decades, specialists at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek have been advising on the development of broadcasting and media services. As a result, the firm has excellent contacts to the media authorities in the German Federal States (Länder), the Commission on Concentration in the Media Sector (KEK), the German Federal Cartel Office and the European Commission. In terms of professional activities, Rudolf du Mesnil in the firm’s Frankfurt office served for several years as vice chairman and as chairman of the Intellectual Property, Entertainment and Communications Law Committee of the Section on Business Law, International Bar Association. He is a past president of the German American Lawyers Association, Bonn, Germany, and serves currently as the chairman of the Associations’s IP-IT-Media Sector Group. He is a Member of the German Association for Industrial Property Protection and Copyright.
