- Provides legal advice (including risk assessment advice and the incorporation of specialised industry requirements) in respect of advertising materials and campaigns from pitch and concept development stage through to final form and implementation;

- Drafts, negotiates and reviews sponsorship, talent, publishing and promotional agreements;
- Provides advice in respect of privacy and spam;
- Provides advice in respect of intellectual property issues (including copyright, trade marks, patents, confidential information and designs) and technology issues (including software licenses) as well as the broader more general commercial, corporate and regulatory legal services;
- Provides trade mark filing, prosecution and opposition services;
- Therapeutic goods and cosmetics advice; and
- Conducts litigious matters on behalf of clients relating to intellectual property and/or trade practices issues.
