Mexico City, Mexico, July 6, 2004 — Roberto Arochi, Achieves Top Spot in 2004 Guide to the World's Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners"

Mexico City, Mexico, July 6, 2004 - It has just been announced that Roberto Arochi was nominated to the Euromoney Legal Media Group's 2004 Guide to the World's Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners, having received more individual nominations than any other practitioner in Mexico. Mr. Arochi is a founding member of Arochi, Marroquín & Lindner, S.C. and has more than twenty-five years of experience in the field of intellectual property law.

The Euromoney Legal Media Group's Guide to the World's Leading Trade Mark Law Practitioners is a biannual publication of individuals nominated by clients and peers as leading advisers in the field. Inclusion is based on nominations received in response to approximately 5,000 questionnaires distributed to senior practitioners and in-house counsel involved in the practice area in 90 jurisdictions. Before finalizing, results are analyzed and screened for firm, network and alliance bias and reviewed with a select group of advisers worldwide.

Upon learning of the award, Mr. Arochi commented, "As a member of one of the newer Mexican firms practicing in the intellectual property arena, I am truly honored to have received this recognition. Both for me and for my colleagues, it has always been about our clients and pursuing their intellectual property rights, so it is gratifying to also be acknowledged by your peers."

Roberto Arochi handles all aspects of intellectual property, including issues involving copyrights, patents and licensing, as well as any related litigation. He has been particularly active in anti-counterfeiting matters, both in Mexico and internationally. He is also a professor at the Universidad Panamericana in the area of Intellectual Property. Mr. Arochi is a member of a number of national and international intellectual property related organizations and has often spoken on intellectual property subjects in Mexico and abroad.

Mr. Arochi and his colleagues established Arochi, Marroquín & Lindner in the mid-1990s after developing the local intellectual property practice of a large multinational law firm. Their concept was to provide a more customized and higher level of client service. Many of their clients followed them and since then the Firm has grown substantially while still maintaining its standards of excellence. All of the Firm's partners and much of its staff are fluent in English.
